Hanging out the wash will soon be replaced by the winter practice of using the dryer in the basement. This piece was done during a good drying day last summer. I did it quickly from the shade of the back patio. I can almost see the shimmer of the hot day and feel the humidity that had me parked for an hour doing this all at once effort or as the french say, ‘au premier coup’. Mon dieu, c’etait tres chaud c’est jour la!
